On May 27th the First Lodz Cardio-Oncology Conference.
The conference was addressed to all physicians caring for patients with cancer and cardiovascular disease, particularly cardiologists and internal medicine specialists who consult with oncology patients. This topic is also important and useful for family physicians, whose practices increasingly see patients with a cardio-oncology profile. Oncologists, who play a crucial and decisive role in the management of cancer patients, also benefited from the conference.
The lectures were delivered by experienced cardiologists who are not only excellent practitioners but also work in the field of cardiology and oncology, scientifically conducting clinical trials and following the latest developments in the scientific world.
Conference participants had the opportunity to learn from lecturers, but also to exchange experiences and share doubts, which are common in such a difficult field as cardio-oncology.
