Our pillars of activity
The Prima Pharmacy Group is a diversified organization based on four areas of activity:

• Own pharmacies – a network of 96 locations throughout Poland that operate in accordance with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care,
• Partner pharmacies – we cooperate with over 160 pharmacies, supporting their development and helping to adapt their offer to
  Partners' expectations,
• Natubay Private Label – We are developing our own product line, the flagship of which is the premium Collagen Primabiotic, which supports health and beauty. Our product range also includes other dietary supplements that address the diverse health needs of our patients.
• Online Pharmacy – a convenient and secure solution that allows you to purchase medications, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and other pharmacy products online. We process approximately 15,000 orders per month.

Mission and Purpose

• Our mission is to be close to patients, understand their needs, and meet them with excellence. Therefore, we continually improve the quality of our work and services, ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Our main goal is to facilitate access to affordable medicines and ensure the highest quality of patient service, while maintaining full company profitability.

The numbers speak for themselves:

• We employ approximately 800 employees who make every effort to meet the expectations of our patients every day.
• We serve approximately 900,000 patients per month, which is a testament to the trust they place in us.

Pharmacist – the pillar of health and the treatment process

We are fully aware that pharmacists play a crucial role in patient care, from the initial interview to support during recovery. This is a tremendous responsibility, but also a mission that each of us pursues with passion and commitment.
