Finding your way in the world of pharmacy

Pharmacists are exposed to constant stress in their professional lives, which can lead to burnout. The goal of this year's Christmas Eve celebration is to show pharmacy students how to maintain their mental well-being in their professional lives, which translates into work efficiency and the quality of patient care. We believe that to properly care for patients, we must first take care of ourselves. We hope that our event will long remain in the memories of participants, and that thanks to it, they will be able to perform their professional duties properly and, above all, with passion in the future.

Christmas Eve is a time of rest, relaxation, and an opportunity to spend a few moments with loved ones. Pharmacy students also gather annually as one large family. Besides bringing the student community together, participants participate in a conference consisting of lectures and workshops. This is an ideal combination for expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.

Main partner

The Main Partner of the 8th PTSF Christmas Eve Party is the NEUCA Group and the Pharmaceutical School of Management! For years, the Pharmaceutical School of Management has been actively responding to the training needs of pharmacists, supporting their development and honing the skills necessary to run a pharmacy at the highest level.

Our experienced trainers and experts develop training programs that cover all key aspects of the pharmacy profession. We believe that a well-educated pharmacist is the foundation of pharmacy development, which is why our training focuses on providing expert knowledge (including credit-based training), discussing regulatory changes, improving managerial skills, and presenting business solutions that support pharmacy operations.

Our experience includes thousands of participants in in-person training, webinars, workshops and e-learning.

We also engage in the development of pharmacy students, including through the "Prescription for Internship" project. This program enhances the traditional pharmacy internship with additional training and workshops, preparing you for future professional challenges. Our activities are focused on practice, providing knowledge and experience you won't find in textbooks.
