Leaders in Training

Project goal

Leaders in Training (LIT) is a recurring weekend training program held in Warsaw during the first few months of the academic year. Its primary goal is to develop leadership and management skills among members of the Polish Pharmaceutical Students' Association.

During workshops conducted by the PTSF Trainers' School, official IPSF trainers and invited experts, participants have the opportunity to practice key soft skills – essential in managing a student organization and teamwork.

For whom?

LIT is primarily aimed at individuals serving on PTSF Local Boards, Audit Committees, and national structures. The training program is tailored to specific roles and includes:
  • Chairmen,
  • Vice-Presidents for Science and Education, PR, HR, External and International Affairs,
  • Treasurers and Secretaries,
  • Branch Audit Committees.

Why is it worth it?

Leaders in Training are:
  • practical workshops and inspiring lectures,
  • development of communication and managerial skills,
  • exchange of experiences between representatives of all 13 PTSF Branches,
  • an opportunity to integrate and build a nationwide community of leaders.
The training allows participants to better understand the functioning of the Association, and the knowledge and skills acquired become invaluable support in the daily activities of local branches.
