PTSF Trainers' School

About the project

The Trainers' School is one of the key projects of the Polish Pharmaceutical Students' Society, dedicated to active members of our organization who, in their activities, have to lead groups, train others, or perform leadership roles.

This is a series of workshops and training courses that not only allows you to gain theoretical knowledge about the work of a trainer, but above all develops practical soft skills – valued by employers, but also necessary to become an effective trainer within an organization.

What do we offer?

As part of the Trainers' School, participants have the opportunity to:

learn the methods and techniques of conducting training and workshops,
practice communication, discussion moderation, feedback and group management,
acquire tools for designing training sessions,
develop interpersonal and workshop skills that are useful not only in organizational activities, but also on the labor market.

Thanks to this, graduates of the Trainers' School gain an advantage – not only as trainers at PTSF, but also as candidates who stand out in job or project applications.

Who leads and supervises?

The PTSF National Training Coordinator is responsible for the development of the Trainers' School. Workshops and training sessions are led by experienced trainers, including those from within the organization who have undergone internal selection and training.

For whom?

The project is addressed to all PTSF members who:

are actively involved in the organization's activities,
they plan to conduct meetings, training, integration and other group activities,
want to develop coaching skills as a complementary competence.

How to join?

Recruitment takes place at the turn of June and July, and in August, newly recruited candidates participate in a special TNT – Train New Trainers event, where newcomers are trained. This is when their first hands-on experience as a trainer begins.

Why is it worth it?

The PTSF Trainers' School is not only an added value for the organization itself – it is an investment in member development that builds PTSF's human resources and enhances the quality of all the training, workshops and projects we implement.
