Chairwoman of the PTSF
He manages the overall activities of the Polish Pharmaceutical Students' Association, coordinates the work of the Board, and represents the organization nationally and internationally. He oversees strategic projects and ensures the implementation of the association's mission.
PTSF Vice-Chair for External Affairs
He is responsible for PTSF's collaboration with external partners, institutions, and pharmaceutical companies. He negotiates partnership agreements.
Treasurer General of the PTSF
He manages the association's finances, preparing budgets and financial reports. He oversees project cash flow and ensures financial transparency and compliance with legal regulations.
Secretary General of the PTSF
He is responsible for the association's documentation, maintaining minutes of Board meetings and member assemblies. He coordinates the flow of correspondence and provides organizational support for all PTSF projects.
PTSF Vice-President for HR
Responsible for the development of PTSF members and volunteers, she oversees recruitment for the organization, and oversees internal training, team motivation, and the integration of the Association's community.
PTSF Vice-Chair for International Affairs
Coordinates international relations, including collaboration with IPSF and EPSA. Organizes student exchanges, foreign internships, and international educational projects.
PTSF Vice-President for Science and Education
He is responsible for PTSF educational programs addressed to pharmacy students throughout Poland and primary and secondary school students.
PTSF Vice-President for PR
She handles the association's external communications, manages social media, and promotes projects. She is responsible for the PTSF's image in the media, as well as marketing and promotional activities.
PTSF spokesman
He ensures the consistency of information and the image of the PTSF in public appearances and is responsible for creating the association's official statements.
Term 2025/2026
The PTSF Main Audit Committee is the audit body of the Polish Pharmaceutical Students' Association, overseeing the activities of the Main Board and the entire national team. It verifies the accuracy of documents, financial settlements, and the correctness of banking operations. This ensures the transparency and reliability of the association's operations.
